Duties include providing support to the Manager, field supervisors, incoming staff and visitors. This role will be responsible for working closely with the Branch Manager and the site Supervisor as a liaison for servicing staff, customers and vendors.

An ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, organized, and able to travel. The candidate should have excellent, oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills are a must when interacting with clients, vendors, and management or field staff. Prior industry experience with facility services, janitorial, warehouse, administrative, customer service, or management are desired. Prior experience in managing inventory, scheduling equipment repair, and tracking deliveries and invoices is preferred. Knowledge of
Safety and OSHA Standards or Certification is a plus!

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
  • Scheduling and conducting new employee interviews and orientation training.
  • Processing paperwork sent to the corporate office, including documentation preparation.
  • Liaison between new employees and management team to ensure smooth on boarding process.
  • Track levels of supplies and equipment to determine shortages.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures by maintaining clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
  • Miscellaneous administrative clerical duties such as updating database information, printing documents, post-mailing, filing, etc.

Skills/Experience/Requirements:

  • Proven Experience in a similar field or related industry (ie. Office Management, Administrative,

Field Trainer, Management, etc.)

  • Customer service experience a must.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Exceptional Time Management and Organizational Skills with the ability to multi-task and

Prioritize Workloads

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Computer Literacy and Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (ie. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
