Janitronics will be a hosting a hiring event on 4/11/2025 from 10am-3pm. We are located in Essex Junction, VT. Please apply to set up your interview

We have an immediate need for:

• Office Cleaners
• Floaters
• Shift Leads
• Manufacturing Cleaners
• Cleaners
• Supervisors
• Cleanroom Technicians

Scope of Responsibility- Janitorial/Floater

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors as required.
• Resupply any paper products needed in designated receptacles (Paper towels, toilet paper, ect.)
• Collect and dispose of all trash in receptacles in assigned areas.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain company standards and programs for safety and security.
• Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards with minimal supervision.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Maintain good communication with your supervisor and other employees.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate any needed supplies, repairs and/or maintenance work needed to your supervisor.
• Maintain a quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibility - Cleanroom technicians

Prospects are responsible to assist in taking precautions for office and common area spaces by completing the following sanitation tasks.

• Wearing Cleanroom Gown to prevent cross contamination
• Wiping down all working surfaces and door frames
• Detailing all machines and fixtures in the Cleanroom, computer when not in use
• Mopping floors with flat and dry mopping
• Vacuuming floors and working surfaces
• Removing Trash, replacing receptacles with Liners
• Providing day to day support to the production areas to ensure that the equipment is up kept
• Maintaining the quality of the equipment so that it is ready for all scheduled production operations
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Following all safety guidelines, as well as looking for areas to improve safety among workplace
• Engage in management and operation of designated work areas

Ideal candidates can work independently and have the strength and stamina to carry and operate heavy cleaning equipment, spend long hours on their feet, and who can follow instructions clearly and work to a set schedule

Skills/Experience/Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ongoing Training is Provided

Physical Requirements:

• Move or traverse through assigned work areas.
• Frequent reaching and lifting
• Frequent bending, kneeling and squatting.
• Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials/substances.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally
