Window Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, good customer interaction skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Utilize various cleaning equipment (mop and squeegee or water-fed poles) and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Operate boom lifts safely when required for high-access cleaning tasks.
• Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial, residential, and/or commercial cleaning is required.
• Familiarity with operating lifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment or materials as necessary for cleaning tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.99 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
