We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained properly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
