About the Role
As the Engineering Manager for the Compliance & Money Ops team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our compliance capabilities, payment systems, and operational excellence. Our team envisions a future where every dollar moves with precision, every report shines with accuracy, and every audit impresses with ease. We're looking for a leader motivated to elevate a growing team's performance, lead change, foster collaboration, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in Legal, Ops, Compliance, and Finance. What You'll Work On
- Collaborate with Product to identify opportunities for improving key processes, such as compliance testing and reconciliation, ensuring reliable and accurate operations.
- Develop systems that deliver consistent timelines and outcomes while seamlessly meeting compliance and audit requirements.
- Build and scale the team by hiring top talent, while staying involved in technical decision-making to set a high bar for engineering excellence.
- Foster a culture of mentorship and growth, empowering engineers to step into leadership roles and contribute meaningfully beyond their immediate responsibilities.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to establish trust and alignment, ensuring the team's work supports and accelerates broader business objectives.
