Your opportunity
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for enhancing and customizing our Salesforce platform to improve our business processes and solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, Salesforce configuration and other programming tools.
- Design and maintain complex Salesforce workflows, process automations, and integrations with external systems.
- Produce unit tests and participate in peer reviews with other developers.
- Use your knowledge of data best practices and object structures to design solutions and to ensure data integrity between Salesforce and other systems.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features, and best practices to ensure the platform is fully leveraged.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration guides, and development best practices.
- Manage code repositories and perform production releases.
- Serve as technical support for issues that arise on the Salesforce platform.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through November 15, 2024. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings. Please don't be discouraged from applying if you see this date has passed.

Annual Bonus Opportunity : Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
