Responsibilities
- Proven experience leading Digital Products both mobile app and website
- Define and communicate the digital product vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to drive innovation.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features align with business objectives.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data analysts to develop and optimize digital solutions.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital experiences through Agile methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Present progress updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Use data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously improve digital products.
- Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure products meet performance, usability, and revenue goals.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital product management, e-commerce, SaaS, or IoT related domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, developers, and UX/UI designers.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Hybrid work environment with an awesome office location across from Truist Park @ Galleria.
