- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Assign sales territory to sales representatives.
- Represents Company at trade association meetings and events to promote products.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Analyze and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
- Ensure CRM software is up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
- Five to seven years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
- Must have valid driver’s license and transportation to make customer visits.
- Basic computer skills required, Outlook email, Word, Excel.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
