As the Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and building relationships with current customers . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and delivering tailored smart access solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and operational insights. Experience with B2B solution sales preferred. Candidates with SaaS or IoT sales experience highly preferred.

- Identify and target potential clients in the self-storage industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed territory sales goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value of Nokē solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, owner operators, and enterprise level customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and market insights to leadership.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and expanding existing accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IoT, Saas, technology, or security solutions.
- Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, cloud computing, mobile technology, networking, and device connectivity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM management and other business tools (Dynamics, Teams, Microsoft Suite).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Overnight travel required: up to 50%. Must have valid driver’s license.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
