Key Qualifications
- Providing comfortable and compassionate care for clients.
- Monitor vital signs of clients and report any changes to the Medical Director.
- Assist with medical procedures as directed by the Medical Director.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each client.
- Provide education to clients on health-related topics.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to clients during their recovery process.
- Connect clients with community resources and support services.
- Work with social workers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution when necessary

Pay & Benefits
At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $23.00 to $26.00 per hour and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical EMT certified
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program
- New Grad or Current certification as a Medical Assistant
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a highly optimized and specialized environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to retain and contextualize information
Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in any of the following platforms is preferred: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple iWork, or LibreOffice
- Strong understanding of cloud-based and standalone office suite applications
- Strong understanding of electronic health record (eHR) systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to office suites
Certifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical EMT certified
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program
- New Grad or Current certification as a Medical Assistant
- Current CPR certification
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Preferred)
