- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Experience with developing IMS using Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Security clearance: Secret
Responsibilities
- Develop IMS for multiple programs with detailed critical paths and resource allocation
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate performance tracking, cost and funding forecasting, and staffing and logistics requirements
- Identify key program milestone events, document contract changes and additions, and provide probability of program success factors and metrics
- Assist in shaping effective IMS to meet mission needs
