Job Duties :
- Propose changes to current applications and databases based on organizational requirements
- Recommend modernization options for data hosting, cleansing, transport, exposure, and ingestion at an enterprise scale
- Suggest modernization strategies focusing on performance, security, and cost-effectiveness, with the ability to manage large volumes of diverse enterprise datasets while identifying authoritative sources and reducing duplication
- Oversee enhancements and improvements to current data systems technology and processes, including data access authorizations against enterprise-approved user attributes
- Manage operations and maintenance of databases in cloud infrastructure
- Support representatives in cloud environment purchase, engineering, and architecture-related activities for applications and databases
- Design and create database systems enabling efficient data storage and retrieval
- Ensure smooth and secure operation of enterprise database systems
- Collaborate with team members, external stakeholders, and data stewards to define the current state of organizational data
- Build optimized data models for data warehouse reporting
