Job Description

This is for a Data Exploitation Specialist position with the following responsibilities:

• Interface with end-users and the Development team
• Assess and manipulate large amounts of data
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Gather requirements to support full stack development for internal web applications
• Assist mission users with developing and applying data exploitation models
• Devise creative data exploitation strategies and work with developers to integrate them into existing workflows
• Provide technical training on custom tools and data exploitation
• Help mission users leverage custom tools and data in their daily workflows
• Prepare and communicate results of computational models and tools

Mandatory Skills

1. Demonstrated experience leading data exploitation efforts leveraging data and mission applications
2. Demonstrated experience with rapid prototyping of data exploitation capabilities to address unmet needs with a proven record of scaling to production
3. Demonstrated experience translating and communicating end-use requirements to developers
4. Demonstrated experience with strong briefing and writing skills (verbal and written)

Optional Skills (Highly Desired)

1. Demonstrated experience with leading data exploitation efforts leveraging Sponsor data and mission applications
2. Demonstrated experience with Sponsor core business lines with in-depth knowledge of national intelligence Agencies
3. Demonstrated experience with Sponsor created applications
4. Demonstrated experience working on a multidisciplinary team of data professionals
5. Demonstrated experience in Sponsor locations
6. Demonstrated experience working in high operational tempo environments
7. Demonstrated experience as classroom instructor
8. Demonstrated experience as a course designer or assisting in a course design
