Program Manager

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record serving as the primary point of contact for all technical, cost, and schedule performance matters
• Experience overseeing daily program operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage, assign, oversee, and review work of program personnel
• Expertise creating and maintaining accurate programmatic and technical documentation for effective program management
• Experience consulting with stakeholders including users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and prioritize mission objectives
• Willingness to travel internationally for work approximately one week per month

Desired Skill and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills with proven ability to work effectively across technical and leadership teams
• Experience preparing program management artifacts such as presentations and reports
