What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farmers Market Sales Associate position at Japanese Knives Select?
We are seeking an outgoing and responsible Farmers Market Sales Associate to join our team at Japanese Knives Select. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our booths at Leucadia, Hillcrest, and Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Markets on Sunday mornings.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Picking up inventory in Encinitas
- Traveling to the market
- Setting up and running the booth
- Breaking down and returning inventory to Encinitas
- Receiving payment for the day
We offer competitive training pay of $18 per hour, with a typical training period lasting 4-5 market shifts. This is an ideal part-time opportunity for those looking to work weekends.
