Pay Range: $20-$28/hour based on experience

Key Tasks
- Operate various bindery machinery and equipment
- Participate in department training programs
- Follow documented work processes
- Maintain equipment
- Control waste and spoilage
- Observe and follow all safety rules
- Follow management system procedures, 5S and Standard Work instructions
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment
- Previous cutting and/or stitching experience
- Digital press experience a plus but not required
- Mechanically inclined
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
