JAR Cannabis Co. in Eliot is looking for Budtenders.
Nights and Weekend availability is a must.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience and interpersonal communication skills. You will be responsible for keeping the store tidy, maintaining inventory, restocking shelves, and making appropriate suggestions based on individual needs. In order to increase sales and create customer retention, a great budtender is personable, knowledgeable, and possesses solid listening skills. Being adaptable and eager to learn is a must. There is always new information, and keeping up to date on products and state laws is pertinent. Attention to detail and being aware of yourself and others is a must.
Prior experience in the cannabis industry is not required, position is 21 . Please do not call the retail stores to inquire.
