Responsibilities :
- Responsible for submitting, tracking and communicating submissions of styles to the appropriate license.
- Create submission files and proof prior to submitting to the appropriate license.
- Communicate approvals and rejections to cross-functional teams and follow up revisions and resubmittals.
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Proof final production artwork ensuring art adheres to the specific rules set forth by the various licenses, including spelling, color and logo usage.
- Communicate errors, revisions and various corrections that need to be made to vendors before factories can proceed with production of styles.
- Mac-based department.
- Excel experience required.
