JARCCO Construction LLC is a Highway, Street, Road, and Heavy-Civil Contractor out of the Denver Metro Area in Colorado. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· MUST have a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
· No previous experience needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accounts receivable.
· Accounts payable.
· Review subcontractor invoices.
· Review invoices to Customers.
· Reception, answer calls and emails.
· Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
· Manage, implement, and improve office operations, filing system, policies, standards, procedures, and supplies.
· Payroll, timecards.
· Assist with Recruiting, Interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
· Plan, implement and monitor employee records, labor law posters, employee manuals, and other documents in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Management skills.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel in particular.
