We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Foreman to join our Street, Road, Highway, and Heavy Civil Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for earthmoving operations with a variety of heavy equipment. This key role must be pushed to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
Supervise daily construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as needed due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel.
Manage and motivate site workers and subcontractors, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
Monitor and report on project progress to project managers and other stakeholders.
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and plan revisions.
Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling resources and educating staff on safety protocols.
Supervising the use of machinery and equipment guaranteeing all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Producing schedules and monitoring the attendance of crew
Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications :
Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery operation and capabilities.
Excellent mechanical skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Proficient in English
Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Civil Construction Foreman or similar leadership role in construction.
Deep understanding of civil construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate a diverse team.
High school diploma or equivalent; Further education or certification in construction management is a plus.
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others.
