What You’ll Do:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, text, and email, helping them understand their insurance needs.
- Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring a great customer experience from the start.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify ways to better protect clients, while identifying cross-sell opportunities.
- Actively pursue new business through various lead channels, including calls, referrals, and other sources (we provide the leads!).
- Grow with us as you maximize customer value, meeting sales goals with plenty of bonus potential.
- Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance? Great! If not, no problem—we’ll help you get licensed within 30 days for Property & Casualty and 60 days for Life Insurance.
- Sales experience is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and the drive to succeed, we want to talk to you!
- You bring a positive attitude and a passion for connecting with customers.
- Coachable and excited to learn new skills and systems.
- Reliable, organized, and ready to tackle a fast-paced role.
