Responsibilities
Policy Support : Assist Insurance Representatives in managing policy details and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
Customer Interaction : Serve as a liaison between clients and representatives, tackling inquiries, and providing clarifications.
Data Management : Maintain and update client records, ensuring information is current and correctly filed.
Appointment Scheduling : Arrange meetings and follow-ups between clients and representatives to keep client relationships strong and active.
Document Preparation : Assist in preparing necessary documentation for policy changes, renewals, or claims processes.
Communication : Ensure timely and clear communication through phone calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold (or obtain within 90 days of hire) a valid Insurance License relevant to Washington State. Licensing assistance available.
Experience : Previous administrative or secretarial experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage and organize multiple priorities efficiently.
Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.
