What You'll Do:
As the Luxury Timepiece & Fashion Manager, you will be the go-to expert in our luxury watch and fashion jewelry collection. You’ll manage a curated portfolio of the finest timepieces and jewelry, delivering an elevated experience for our most discerning clients. Your role will blend artistry, luxury, and customer service as you lead a team to deliver world-class service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate & Elevate: Oversee the luxury timepiece and fashion jewelry categories, ensuring our collection is both on trend and timeless. Collaborate with top-tier brands and suppliers to bring the finest selections to our customers.
- Client Experience: Deliver personalized, high-touch service that exceeds customer expectations and builds lasting relationships with our clientele.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and empowerment.
- Sales Strategy: Drive sales by developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement and build brand loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Share your passion and expertise for luxury timepieces and fashion with both your team and clients, providing training and hands-on support.
Who You Are:
- You have a genuine passion for luxury timepieces and fashion jewelry—an expert in the latest trends and timeless classics.
- You’re a natural leader, capable of inspiring and coaching a team to success.
- You have exceptional customer service skills and a knack for building relationships.
- You’re a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and drive performance.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in luxury retail.
