Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high-end retail environment. Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the luxury fashion and timepiece department, ensuring that all team members provide excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise displays.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions regarding stock management.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, ensuring smooth transaction processes for customers.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury fashion or timepiece sector.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills to engage customers professionally.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is essential.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist in inventory management and sales analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for luxury fashion and timepieces is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
