We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, a strong understanding of high-end client needs, and the ability to provides outstanding service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to assess their needs, providing tailored recommendations.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with high end clientele.
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about our product offerings, including, jewelry brands, timepieces and custom processes.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Complete training as provided.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stong presentation skills and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
