- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by showcasing jewelry pieces and explaining their features and benefits.
- Utilize upselling techniques to encourage customers to consider additional items that complement their selections.
- Maintain an organized stockroom, ensuring that inventory is well-stocked and displayed attractively on the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and clarity, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations to highlight unique selling points of various jewelry items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
