About the Role :
Our dynamic HR team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join us in our downtown NYC office. This role will provide critical recruiting support to our Talent Acquisition function by managing the expectations and requirements of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. This position will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring our internal participants have a smooth, fluid and efficient process.
Overall Responsibilities :
- Responsible for scheduling a high volume of interviews and ensures a positive candidate experience across all functions of our firm, both in-person and virtually.
- Manages job postings on company website, LinkedIn and other sites.
- Updates candidate and interview status in application tracking system and tracking sheets.
- Manages and tracks applicable candidate documentation including drafting offer letters.
- Interacts and proactively communicates with hiring managers, HR team, and external Recruitment agencies.
- Manages and expands our campus recruitment program and employee referral program.

Estimated compensation range : $28 / hr - $30hr (This is a non-exempt role, overtime eligible)
