Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Jarrell Construction Company is a family owned and operated business in Grafton Ohio that installs both Shingle and Metal Roofs. We have seen amazing growth in the past few years and are looking to expand our team to match our growth. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Present and demonstrate product features to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
- Utilize Job Nimbus CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
This is a 1099 position. We offer competitive commission percentage, this is solely a commission paid position
