Job Title: Customer Service Representative and Vehicle Purchase Specialist
Location: Port Charlotte, Florida

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative and Vehicle Purchase Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in customer service, sales, vehicle purchasing, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the vehicle purchasing process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers in the vehicle purchasing process, including providing information on available inventory, pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless and efficient vehicle purchasing experience for customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, vehicle purchases, and related documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and vehicle features and specifications to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service.
- Manage customer questions and problems face-to-face and over the phone
- Research customer's vehicles as they come into the department and identify areas of opportunity for them to sell the dealership their vehicle.
- Approach customers as they sit in the lounge and start a conversation. This will include talking about them trading their vehicle and if they are happy with their service.
- Part of this role's compensation will be based on how many vehicles can be purchased monthly.
Requirements:
- Intermediate experience in customer service, and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A very outgoing personality and can start conversations with strangers all day.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
