Cultivation Janitor

JARS Cannabis is looking for a Cultivation Janitor to join our team! This role is essential in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment at our facility.

Starting Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, likely 11 AM - 7 PM (subject to change as the team grows)

Job Responsibilities

✅ Cleaning bathrooms & common areas

✅ Maintaining clean floors throughout the facility

✅ Cleaning windows & surfaces

✅ Laundry for team uniforms

✅ General janitorial duties to ensure a safe & sanitary workspace

Location: Cultivation Facility (exact location will be provided during the interview process)

Requirements

• Prior janitorial or sanitation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
