What You'll Do:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Leafly, Weedmaps, Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
- Investigate and resolve customer incidents with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain a strong brand voice while addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Call customers directly to rebuild trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Participate in marketing events, showcasing your problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for engaging with the public.
Must-Haves:
- 21 years of age or older (required).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. as needed.
- Comfortable standing for long periods during events.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate marketing events.
