About Us
Join our dynamic team and play a critical role in supporting the IT operations of a rapidly growing cannabis company. We're looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Associate with strong technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
As an IT Help Desk Associate, you will :
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and manage Microsoft Teams, Azure, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with software installation and updates.
- Perform routine network maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with the IT Director and other departments to address technical needs.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Training & Schedule
Training Hours : 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday.
