If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.
PAY: $15-15.50/hour shared tip pool
SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.
Shifts included: Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
- Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
- Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
- Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
- Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
- Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
- Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
- Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
- Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
