Schedule: This is a full-time position with flexible shifts across multiple Michigan locations. You'll work various shifts, including 9 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 9 PM, and some weekends.
Your Typical Day: As a Retail Representative - Sales Associate, your day begins with greeting customers and assessing their needs, whether they're seasoned cannabis users or curious newcomers. You provide expert advice on our wide range of products, handle transactions with precision, and promote the perks of being a Jars customer, like our loyalty program. When the shop gets busy, you stay cool under pressure, helping with inventory tasks and keeping the sales floor organized. Throughout your shift, you're on your feet, interacting with customers, upselling products, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile-and the perfect product in hand.

The Minimum Requirements To Be Considered
- 21 years of age
- 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to operate a computer, POS system, and other office equipment
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights. weekends, holidays, and/or events
- Willingness to take constructive criticism and be coached by upper management
