As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. - Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units
- Provide detailed information about rental properties, including amenities, lease terms, and pricing
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, lease renewals promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and lease agreements
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure high occupancy rates
-Submit service requests and do follow ups
- Work renewals and resident retention

- Knowledge of Fair Housing
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and file management abilities
- Administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Experience with property management software such as App Folio (preferred)
