**Job Description**
The Registrar serves as the official authorized keeper of the University's student records. The position requires leadership to plan, organize, and manage all functions within the Registrars Office.
- Collaborates with senior management in development and maintenance of academic standards and policies
- Develops and implements faculty mandated curriculum changes and renovations
- Directs the development and maintenance of information systems and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the central university advisor for academic systems integrity
- Oversees the management of policies, processes, and operations of the Registrars Office
- Monitors and verifies student enrollment data
- Supervises, trains, manages, evaluates, and develops staff within the office
Requirements:
- Masters Degree with three to five years previous experience in records supervision
- Customer Service skills are required
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
- Experience working with a diverse population
- Experience with Jenzabar operating system preferred
