**Role Overview**
The Registrar is responsible for ensuring accurate data and timely access to information. This includes collaborating with senior management in development and maintenance of academic standards and policies.
- Determines strategy on petition, graduation clearance and articulation protocols
- Directs the development and maintenance of information systems and procedures
- Oversees the management of policies, processes, and operations of the Registrars Office
Responsibilities:
- Participates as part of the academic department and collaborates with other University teams to ensure excellent student service
- Maintains accurate and official records of all enrolled students
- Collects, records, maintains, and reports student records within FERPA guidelines
- Analyzes data to make informed decisions regarding the development of new policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Masters Degree with three to five years previous experience in records supervision
- Customer Service skills are required
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
- Experience working with a diverse population
- Experience with Jenzabar operating system preferred
