We are a fast-growing elder law and estate planning law office that has built a top reputation for the service that we provide our clients with care, through education, and understanding that each family is different. Our firm culture celebrates individuality and provides personalized planning for each client.
We are looking for the next top-tier Sales Executive for our Dublin, Ohio office. However, this position will also help support our other two offices from time to time. As our Sales Executive, you will be part of the team that has a direct impact on our success by building relationships with our clients and helping them choose Jarvis Law Office as their preferred Elder Law Firm. (This is not a remote or hybrid position, this is an in-office role.)
Responsibilities
At Jarvis Law Office our Sales Executive is extremely important. This role is critical in growing our business with qualified clients. This position is one of our key client-facing positions in the company and is responsible for setting proper expectations, educating, and selling the value our firm can bring to the client and their family.
Our Sales Executives convey a passion for helping our clients plan for their future, have a serving heart, and represent Jarvis Law Office with the highest integrity. Working closely with a strong team you are an important voice to our clients about our services.
We need your earnings to exceed $75,000 and we’ll do everything we can to make sure that you have the best chance to do just that.
If you want a highly successful career working between 40 and 50 hours a week, being home for family time, and knowing that you are helping others gain the protection of financial well-being in their golden years we have the position that is made for you.
This position will work at our Lancaster office based on client needs.
Qualifications
- High levels of empathy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or finance preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of prior sales experience.
- At least five (5) years of prior customer service experience.
- Prior experience in the Elder Care field or law services, a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation
$75,000 bonus
