As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will have extensive experience in data architecture, data governance, and data management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Reporting into the SVP of Innovation, you will design and implement robust data solutions and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the organization

What You’ll Do
- Solution Architecture:
- Develop and establish Data Architecture standards.
- Design and develop scalable data architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment of data architecture with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Data Governance:
- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Establish data stewardship and data quality management practices.
- Monitor compliance with data governance policies and address any issues or breaches.
- Data Management:
- Oversee data integration, data warehousing, and data lake solutions.
- Ensure data is properly cataloged, documented, and accessible to authorized users.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Lead cross-functional teams in data-related projects and initiatives.
Who You Are
You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in data, solution architecture, and data governance, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices, including proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of data governance tools and technologies (e.g., Collibra, Informatica).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven capability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- You will stand out if you have:
- Certifications in data governance or solution architecture (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP).
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
