Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.
The Air Import HUB Specialist plays a key role in managing air cargo operations by coordinating with airlines and clients to ensure the efficient handling of flights and the timely arrival of shipments. This position involves maintaining clear communication and providing updates to all stakeholders while delivering exceptional service to both suppliers and customers. The specialist is expected to uphold quality standards, resolve any logistical challenges, and contribute to seamless operational workflows.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Track the arrivals of cargo via web, with JAS origin and warehouses / warehouse.
- Coordinate transfer of cargo from airline to JAS Warehouse.
- Transmit necessary payments to airlines for cargo release
- Dispatch trucking carriers to pick up cargo and coordinate appropriate equipment to do so based on cargo dimensions / needs.
- Report missing documents / packages to customer service, origin and customer.
- Create Bonds for applicable shipments.
- Generate the notice of arrival of the cargo.
- Generate the invoice for freight and handling of the operation as soon as the cargo arrives.
- Generate claim letters for damaged / missing cargo to the airlines in the established times.
- Comply with customs transmissions at the time regulated by customs.
- Daily tracking of all pending flights, reporting delays or other

This range represents the full hourly potential for this role, and the specific compensation offered to the selected candidate will be based on factors such as skills, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
