Position: Team Lead – Cleaning Crew

Overview: Jase Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable, motivated, and responsible Team Lead to manage our cleaning crew and ensure all tasks are completed to our high standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of cleaners and be responsible for the cleanliness and security of client buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff in various locations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to Jase Commercial Cleaning’s high standards.
• Ensure that cleaning areas are left spotless and presentable.
• Inspect and verify that all tasks have been completed as per the cleaning checklist.
• Maintain proper communication with team members and clients.
• Ensure all doors are locked, alarms are set, and the building is secure after cleaning.
• Manage and oversee the timekeeping and efficiency of the team, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner.
• Safely operate the company van to transport the cleaning crew and equipment to client locations.
• Conduct team meetings and training as necessary to maintain quality service.
• Report any issues or concerns to management promptly and provide solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the company van and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, leadership, or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and security.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
