Warehouse Packer

Position Title: Shipping Packer and Driver

Role Overview:This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across our eCommerce, wholesale, and retail distribution channels. The Shipping Packer and Driver will pack and prepare orders, handle routine warehouse tasks, and deliver to our 5 Wichita retail locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Securely package eCommerce, wholesale, and retail orders to ensure safe delivery. Follow procedures to accurately pack products into boxes or containers.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Perform daily and weekly cleaning to keep the workspace organized and efficient, promoting a safe and productive environment.
• Vehicle Care: Conduct routine upkeep of the delivery van to ensure readiness.
• Delivery Duties: Deliver shipments to storefronts at least twice a week, with occasional trips to Wichita as needed.
• Local Errands: Pick up supplies in town weekly.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for the full shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory management by counting stockroom items and reporting any discrepancies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in shipping is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Company Culture: We are a close-knit team operating out of a small warehouse in Viola, Kansas, supporting 7 eCommerce websites and 5 storefronts. Our shipping standards are fast-paced, aiming for a 24-hour turnaround time (weekends excluded).

Location & Work Hours:

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Location: Viola, Kansas
• Schedule: No overtime or weekends required.
