We are seeking an experienced commissioning professional to serve as a Electrical Commissioning Agent for a variety of multi-million-dollar public and private projects, including healthcare, institutional, corporate, and higher education sectors.
Jasmine Engineering, Inc. was the first company to offer commissioning services in both Austin and San Antonio, having completed over 1,000 projects totaling more than $35 billion in construction costs.
About the Job:
We have an immediate opening for a Commissioning Authority to oversee mechanical or electrical commissioning and manage all commissioning activities in either Austin or San Antonio.
Duties:
- Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors.
- Provide commissioning reviews during design and construction phases.
- Track issues during commissioning tests.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare commissioning reports and documentation.
- Provide client training and support.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of commissioning or project management experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with commissioning software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CxA, PMP) are a plus.
