Position Overview:
The Social Media Director is a new role created to develop and implement multi-platform social media content strategies that drive brand engagement and visibility. The individual will manage the Jasmine Engineering brand on all platforms, analyze performance metrics, and design compelling business graphics for presentation, in addition to plan and execute digital campaigns to support the company's continued growth and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee strategic strategic digital media plans to grow and engage followers across social platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate social media trends, using analytics tools to track key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversations).
- Prepare and present data-driven reports on digital media performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Manage day-to-day interactions and engagement with audiences on social media, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Collaborate with teams on website design, video projects, and creating graphics for presentations.
- Identify and explore new opportunities for audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Interact with other members of the staff on a variety of projects for website redesign, video projects, and graphics for project presentations.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields: Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in advertising, communications, or digital marketing, with proven success in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and strategies for engaging a diverse audience across multiple platforms.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva, with the ability to create visually compelling content.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to stay updated with trends and best practices for maximizing visibility on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TicTok, YouTube, etc.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
