Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate agent/team member.
- Making outbound calls to retrieve critical and time sensitive information for customer accounts.
- Processing insurance payments.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions.
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Comfortable with outbound calling as part of follow-up procedures.
