- This is a full-time position working a set schedule of 4 weekdays and one weekend day.
- You will be working directly under the supervision of the Inside Sales Manager.
- You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries across various communication channels, including phone, email, SMS/MMS, social media, and online chat.
- You will be required to adhere meticulously to lead engagement protocols to optimize conversion rates.
