Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Actively engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Bilingual Communication : Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and conversion strategies.
Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of the insurance products offered by the agency to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to achieve overall sales goals and support agency initiatives.
Requirement
Bilingual Skills : Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Education : A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Some college coursework is preferred.
Sales Skills : Basic knowledge or experience in sales, especially within the insurance industry, is a plus.
