Responsibilities

- Facilitate effective service writing and communication with customers to accurately transmit service recommendations and updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the service area.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock.
- Drive sales initiatives by promoting services and upselling additional repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
