ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Marquardt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations by providing quotes and insurance proposal for prospective new clients.
You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing needs-based recommendations to both new and existing clients. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide quotes and proposals for new clients.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales required.
Ability to obtain WI insurance licenses required (Property, Casualty, Life)
