ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Insurance Account Representative with Jason Marquardt State Farm - you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations by providing quotes and insurance proposal for prospective new clients. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing needs-based recommendations to both new and existing clients. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide quotes and proposals for new clients.

Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales required.

Ability to obtain WI insurance licenses required (Property, Casualty, Life)
